Branded Content Innovators: Jeff Turner at AOL

Here it is! The next entry in Polar’s Branded Content Innovators series, where we profile the rockstars of the world of branded content. These innovators help transform the way publishers monetize content advertising opportunities.

In this installment, we introduce Jeff Turner from AOL. Jeff has been with AOL for 10 years, and and currently leads product strategy for Aol’s publisher organization, including HuffPost, Aol.com, TechCrunch, Engadget, Moviefone, Autoblog and more.

Jeff started his career at AOL managing campaigns delivery for some of the company’s top New York based clients and agencies, moving up to operational and technical management roles with HuffPost after their acquisition by the company. His many roles at HuffPost transformed and evolved to the point where Jeff managed all Ad Product and Monetization for HuffPost’s US-based products and global expansion, leading to Jeff’s current role shaping premium ad experiences and increasing monetization for all of AOL’s publisher brands.

AOL, and HuffPost specifically, have been at the forefront of innovative digital distribution of branded content these past few years. With Jeff at the helm, our partnership has helped evolve AOL, HuffPost and iBrands scale their distribution, letting them connect their readers with premium branded content no matter where they choose to consume it.
