Step 1

Get the social post URL from Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.

Step 2

Paste the social post URL into Polar’s platform to generate an ad tag. If you encounter an error, submit the form at the bottom of this page.

Step 3

Publisher, agency or Polar to traffic the ad tag in an ad server or DSP.

Step 1

Get the Facebook Ad Preview URL from Facebook Ads Manager, and share this with Polar (see instructions).

Step 2

Polar to build the creative and share the ad tag.

Step 3

Publisher, agency or Polar to traffic the ad tag in an ad server or DSP.

If you do not have access to Facebook Ads Manager and the paid ad is currently live, you can retrieve an ad URL by following these steps.

Always-On Campaigns

Use Polar’s Promo Feed feature to create an automated feed of social creatives from any Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account.

Step 1

Create a campaign in Polar and select ‘Setup Social Handle’ in its settings.

Provide your Social Network of choice and the Social Handle.

Step 2

Create a Promo Feed in Polar and select the Social Handle campaign it should be associated with. Optionally enable keyword filtering to only use posts that contain a certain hashtag.

Step 3

Copy the Promo Feed Creative ad tag and traffic it in an ad server or DSP.

One ad tag can contain up to 20 different social posts in the rotation.
